This summer, Kinetic Potential activated its talent supply chain model through a dual-cohort internship program designed to cultivate emerging professionals across the project management and AI innovation spectrum. Junior interns—high school students supported by the Department of Social Services, Prince George’s County, and Career Team—were guided through a structured project management track.
