Kinetic Potential’s Summer Internship Program: Powering the Talent Supply Chain Through Project Leadership and AI Innovation
This summer, Kinetic Potential activated its talent supply chain model through a dual-cohort internship program designed to cultivate emerging professionals across the project management and AI innovation spectrum. Junior interns—high school students supported by the Department of Social Services, Prince George’s County, and Career Team—were guided through a structured project management track. Senior interns—college students and recent graduates from Towson University, University of Maryland, and University of Bridgeport—led AI-driven initiatives that directly supported KP’s national operations.
This two-track model reflects KP’s mission: to scale service delivery through disciplined project execution and technology-enabled efficiency, while preparing the next generation of professionals to lead with confidence and purpose.
🧩 A Talent Supply Chain in Action
KP’s internship program is more than a summer experience—it’s a strategic deployment of its talent pipeline framework.
