Customers

Our definition of customers are the individuals, students, scholars and mentees that receive talent development services. Public School Systems, Foster Care Agencies and Juvenile Justice Organizations are often the sponsors for these youth and therefore considered the primary suppliers of talent.

EDUCATORS /SERVICE PROVIDERS

Educators and Service Providers deliver the value added steps required to advance our participants through the talent pipeline. These entities are generally academic institutions, government agencies, NPOs and for profit corporations.

EMPLOYERS

Employers create the demand and specifications that drive KP's Talent Portfolios and Professional Maturity Model. This highly customized approach is designed to increase both the supply and quality of talent available. All organizations with a paid workforce are classified as an employer.

Funders/ Supporters

Funders and Supporters are institutions that share our commitment to developing students for the 21st century workforce. They provide financial assistance, guidance and access to their networks in support of our talent portfolios. They are generally government agencies, foundations and socially conscious investors.

INDIVIDUALS /AFFINITY GROUPS

These are the citizens and organized groups that live within the local community—they are committed to the successful development of the upcoming generation and those in need of mentorship.
