The path to independence may require additional supports beyond career discovery and placement.  Once an individual secures a career they may require ongoing Individualized Supported Employment (ISE) to meet the expectations set by the employer.  KP Mentors, Talent Advisors and Portfolio Managers are available to assist with meeting work expectations by teaching new skills, time management and managing communication with colleagues as examples.
