KP experiential learning initiatives are designed to provide individuals entering new career fields with an opportunity to develop key competencies by joining KP project teams performing various tasks assigned by the project or account manager.
The WIOA Deputy Account Manager experiential learning project will provide you with an opportunity to enhance the following competencies:

WIOA Deputy Account Managers support one or more WIOA Account Managers to promote KP's occupational training and to enroll new participants. Displaced and separated workers must apply to a local workforce agency and be approved for an "individual training agreement" or "ITA" which is basically a voucher, funded by the local workforce agency, committing the state government to funding an occupational training class from a Certified WIOA Occupational Training Provider.
